License Agreement
The information on this page is intended to make clear the License Agreement for purchasing or using digital products created by Cosy Fox. It covers how you can legally use our products and which license is right for you.
This website (Cosy Fox) is owned and maintained by Jennifer Oliver (“the owner,” “we,” “our,” or “us“).
By using this website to make purchases you accept and agree to be bound and abide by our License Agreement, set out here. If you do not agree to these terms you must not access or use this website.

We (the Licensor) hold the Copyright to the products sold on any marketplace account owned by us. This means that when you (the Licensee) purchase our products you purchase the right to use them in your own projects, but you do not own the rights to the resources in any way.
You may not register any of my products under a trademark in their original form (e.g. as they are sold). This is because they are available to other buyers and are therefore not eligible for trademark. A breach of this agreement could result in legal action.
You do NOT have the right to:
Re-sell, re-package or rename any of these products on other websites, blogs or through file sharing sites, email services, or any other digital sharing method, including re-uploading them to stock sites or digital marketplaces. This is a copyright infringement and could result in legal action.
Give away, rent or lease the resources you purchase on this site to any other person, organisation or website.
Claim you are the author of the resources purchased on this website. All rights are held by us (Jennifer Oliver, owner of Cosy Fox).
Use these resources in any way that could be deemed harmful to others, including but not limited to using them in racist, homophobic or sexist material.
